I\'m facing the same error. It is the nmos4 component in my case, which is very much included in analogLib. Similarly, I get the error that M0 is referencing an undefined model or subcircuit whenever I attempt to launch a simulation run.
I can confirm that it is indeed included, as it is in analogLib according to library manager
